Cancellations & Exchanges
We do not accept cancellations or exchanges for non-defective items once an order has been placed and payment has been made.
All sales are considered final unless the product received is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
Returns – Defective or Incorrect Products Only
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product is defective due to manufacturing or design flaws.
The product has been damaged before reaching you.
The product received does not match the item described or ordered.

Provide Details: Share your order number, a description of the defect or error, and clear photos/videos of the item.
Approval & Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Condition of Return: The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.
Refunds & Replacements
After inspection and confirmation of the defect or error, we will issue either:
A full refund to your original payment method, or
A free replacement of the product.
Shipping costs for approved defective/incorrect returns will be covered by us.
Payments for non-defective items are non-refundable.
